ONE ON ONE SOCCER COACHING SYDNEY

Tailored 1 on 1 Approach

Our coaching philosophy centres around facilitating each player's journey to achieve their full potential. We aim to improve individual players as clubs are not always able to accommodate for individual technical, cognitive and coordinative needs.

We understand the importance of providing an additional layer to the player's club environment to accommodate technical, cognitive and coordinative needs.

For us a quality individual training session is identified by a tailored approach to the individual players profile, the position and age.

The eleade sessions and exercises are designed to simulate game scenarios and also provide an advanced level of complexity.

Why work with eleade rather than another 1:1 provider?

Our Training Approach and Methodology

By booking a trial session one of our professional coaches will conduct a technical assessment. By identifying strengths and weaknesses in your game we will find out what exactly it is we need to work on. The following sessions, designed by your personal soccer trainer, will focus on identified areas to further improve your game . As you progress over time the drills will become more complex, to really imprint newly acquired skills and movements.

Continuous development the eleade way

In youth football development time is the most crucial factor. At eleade we provide players with a holistic approach of individual training, game analysis and strength & conditioning.

By consolidating all experts around the individual player ensures workload and training intensities are managed to ensure match fitness on the weekend and prevent from overuse injuries which lead to time off the pitch.

What to expect in a Private Session

Each session is designed to work on the current player´s needs. These will be determined by our first assessment of the players skill level, age and position.

Not only do we work on technical and tactical skills, we also focus on cognitive training in game-relevant scenarios. This in turn will help the player to perform better and faster in stressful in-game situations.

1 on 1 Training Session FAQ

1. Where do sessions take place?

All individual training sessions are conducted in person in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The exact location is confirmed upon booking based on your area and session availability.

2. How long is each session?

Sessions run for 60 minutes. This includes a structured warm-up, the main training block, and a brief feedback debrief at the end.

3. What is the cost per session?

Please refer to our current pricing on the Train With Us page, or contact us directly at info@eleadefussball.com. All prices are displayed excluding GST.

4. Is there a minimum commitment, or can I book a one-off session?

Every new player begins with a Technical Assessment session. From there, we build a long-term individual development plan. We work with players who are committed to consistent improvement — eleade is not a drop-in service. The assessment gives both sides the opportunity to determine whether there is the right fit before committing further.

5. What age groups do you work with?

We work with players aged 12 and above who have several years of playing experience and are competing at representative level — JDL, NPL, or equivalent school football. We do not work with beginners.

6. My child plays at club level — how does individual training fit alongside that?

Individual training is designed to complement, not replace, your child's club environment. Our coaches coordinate session workload and intensity around your child's training and match schedule to ensure they remain match-fit and avoid overuse injuries. The goal is to add what the club environment cannot always provide: a truly individual focus on technical, cognitive and coordinative development.

7. How is the first session structured?

The first session is a Technical Assessment. Your coach will evaluate your child's technical abilities, movement patterns, cognitive responses, and positional understanding. This forms the foundation for all future sessions and gives us the first insight into the player's current development stage. Feedback is discussed and provided via video.

8. Do you work with goalkeepers?

Please contact us directly at info@eleadefussball.com to discuss goalkeeper-specific coaching availability.

9. What do players need to bring?

Players should arrive in full football kit including boots, training shoes, a ball, and water. Your coach will advise if anything additional is required ahead of your session.

10. How quickly will I see improvement?

That depends on the player's starting point, commitment level, and consistency of attendance. Players who train regularly and engage seriously with the feedback process typically notice measurable changes in their technical execution and decision-making within the first few months. Development is a long-term process — eleade is structured around sustained progress, not short-term results.

"What sets eleade apart from the other individual training programs is the emphasis on data. When utilising that information the player can see improvements in different aspects of their game including power, fitness and endurance."
