As a new player please complete the information below and answer all questions honestly. 

This enables us to tailor your trial session and create your individualised training program.

Once submitted, you'll be contacted by one of our eleade coaches to arrange your first session.

 

Players we work with:
- min. 12 years old with several years of playing (we don't work with Beginners) 
- playing representative (JDL, NPL, School) 
- committed to work with us long term
